"⭐ Most Pathetic & Misleading Dealership – Customers Beware! ⭐ My experience with Espirit Toyota / Spirited Auto Cars (I) Limited, located at: Spirited Auto Cars (I) Limited D-37 & D-38, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Site-IV, Surajpur, Village Kasna, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201306, has been so terrible that I now have to think multiple times before trusting the Toyota brand again. My Innova HyCross (UK06BH0005) had a serious axle issue right from the beginning. Yet, this dealership chose to replace only one axle during the warranty period—clearly to save their own cost. And as soon as the vehicle crossed 1,00,000 km, they suddenly declared it “Out of Warranty” and handed me a ₹1,00,000+ bill. The message is obvious: 👉 They deliberately waited for the warranty to expire so they could take advantage of the customer. What makes it worse is their attitude— Despite informing them repeatedly, filing written complaints, and following up many times, there was absolutely ZERO response. And here’s the most shocking part: We have two HyCross and one Fortuner—all purchased from this same showroom (Spirited Auto Cars (I) Limited, Greater Noida). Despite such a long and loyal relationship, neither the Manager nor the Head Manager showed any concern. The Head Manager—the same person from whom we purchased the vehicle—went to the extent of saying: “This is not my department, please talk somewhere else.” Amazing professionalism while selling… and complete denial when problems arise. I have never seen such non-transparent, unprofessional, and customer-exploiting behavior from any dealership. This dealership does not fix issues— 👉 It waits for your warranty to end so it can hit you with massive bills. Toyota must take strict action against this dealership immediately. Customer trust and safety mean absolutely nothing here. My clear warning to all customers: 👉 Stay as far away from Espirit Toyota / Spirited Auto Cars (I) Limited, Greater Noida as possible."
